Uschi the Weimaraner

We took Uschi to a new place for a walk today.  We went to Linacre Reservoirs near Chesterfield.  It’s actually quite close to our house but we’ve never been.  We all really enjoyed the walk so we’ll be going again soon!

The weather was gorgeous.

Here is Uschi by the dam of the highest and largest reservoir with a glimpse of the second reservoir just behind her beyond the trees.  There are three reservoirs in total.

Uschi and I went to watch a running event this weekend and Uschi got her own chance to dash about with a Greyhound called Joe   He was very, very fast; even too quick for Uschi!

She’s got some spots on her nose because she decided to try and bury the last tiny piece of a chew using only her nose… not a great idea Uschi!

Recently we went to visit family in Liverpool and while we were there we went and did a few touristy things.  We went for a ride on the Mersey Ferry and Uschi came too!  It was her first trip on a boat and it was all a bit scary at first but once she got used to it she quite enjoyed it all!

I’ve been rather slack recently and it’s been a month since the last post!  Here is a just a quick photo while I sort out some new photos for the weekend!
