We got a new camera this week and I’ve been sorting out the settings etc. Poor Uschi is the (un)willing model for my test shots! This is Uschi pretending that I’m not really there :)

Since we got our new big home-office set up with an old sofa (the only one that Uschi is allowed to sit on), Uschi has spent most of her day in there on the old sofa. After she gets back from her morning walk it’s the perfect place to recover!

We’re moving house tomorrow and the sofa has a plastic cover on it. Apparently this means that curling up on the sofa is allowed…!

She’ also hurt her front leg somehow and is limping a bit.  She’s such an attention seeker that she’ll come and stand in front of you with said leg lifted to show you just how injured she is!

A visit to the park today called for some swimming in the park. Firstly because Uschi loves to splash around in the water and secondly to try and get rid of the awful smell of what must have been fox poo. Uschi thoroughly enjoyed rolling in whatever it was last night!

This is a typical sight… Uschi charging headlong towards me. The trick is to hold your ground and she usually stops in time…!

A visit to the Rose Garden Cafe at Graves park was in order today. Uschi thought that the carrot cake was ideal fodder for a weimaraner. Notice the intensity of her stare!!!
