At the Canal

A walk out to the canal today, and what a gorgeous day!
The second time we went to the canal with Uschi, just a few weeks ago, she decided to chase a duck that was quacking in the middle of the canal. Unfortunatley for Uschi, she assumed that the water was as shallow as the streams she paddles in on her usual woodlands walks.
She’s not quite so keen to get close to the edge now, although the ducks are still a little tempting!
And after the walk, she sunned herself in the garden, she’ll get a patchy tan lying there though…
